Ron should of handled his self with better care and talked to the accountant or who ever he was talking to on the phone with respect and he should not have slammed the phone down on the desk or threatened the accountant and then he tried to throw the phone away. Ron could of asked to talked to another person or the manager and they all could of got what they wanted
